Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

Account identity, eligibility and secure information handling.

Purpose

This policy sets out identity and eligibility rules for ReddyBook accounts. ReddyBook may use proportionate checks to protect accounts and reduce misuse. A request for information will depend on the account, transaction, risk indicators, and information already provided. No single document or country-specific identity document is required in every case.

Account eligibility and truthful records

You must use your own account and be at least 18 years old. You must also meet any eligibility requirements that apply to your use of ReddyBook. Keep your name, date of birth, contact details, address, and other account information accurate and current. Do not create an account for another person, lend or transfer an account, or use another person’s identity or payment method as your own.

If information is incomplete, inconsistent, or reasonably needs confirmation, ReddyBook may ask you to clarify it. Please answer honestly and provide information that relates to you. False, altered, misleading, or recycled records may prevent an account from being verified or may lead to a temporary review.

What a proportionate request may include

Depending on the circumstances, a request may include an identity record, a record showing residential address, or information that helps confirm ownership or permitted use of a payment method. Examples can include a suitable government-issued identity document, an address statement, or payment-ownership evidence. These are examples of possible requests, not a compulsory list of specific country IDs or a promise that any particular document will be accepted.

ReddyBook should ask only for information that is reasonably connected to the question being checked. If an alternative record may be appropriate, contact support and explain what you can provide. Do not alter a document to make it fit a request.

Secure submission and account safety

If verification is needed, contact support at reddyyboook@gmail.com for instructions on the authorised secure submission route. Do not email identity documents or payment records, and do not send them through an unapproved link or channel. Support should identify the approved route before you submit anything.

ReddyBook will not need your password, one-time passcode (OTP), card security code (CVV), or similar secret authentication information to establish identity or payment ownership. Never share those secrets with anyone claiming to assist with verification. If you receive a suspicious request, stop and contact support through the address above.

Review, restrictions, and concerns

A review may result in a temporary, proportionate restriction while information is checked. Where a restriction is applied, ReddyBook should explain the general reason, provide status updates when there is meaningful progress, and tell you how to raise a concern. A dispute about an account action can be submitted through the Complaint Policy. Questions about personal information can be raised under the Privacy Policy.

This policy does not promise a particular verification or account-review outcome. It also does not create a promise about withdrawal timing. ReddyBook should handle requests consistently with the reason for the check and should remove a temporary restriction when the relevant concern is resolved.
