Complaint Policy

How to raise a concern and request reconsideration.

How to raise a complaint

If you have a concern about the website, an account-related matter, a payment, a withdrawal, a bonus-related issue, or information we have published, email reddyyboook@gmail.com.

Use the subject line “Complaint – [brief issue]”. Describe what happened, when it happened, and the outcome or correction you are asking us to consider. Include any transaction or reference ID relevant to the issue. If you have already contacted support, keep the earlier correspondence in the same email thread where possible.

Provide only information needed to understand and locate the issue. Redact unrelated financial details. Never email a password, one-time password (OTP), card security code, full payment-card number, or full identity document. If identity or payment information is needed, we will explain what limited information is relevant and how it should be provided through an authorised secure channel. See the Privacy Policy and KYC Policy for related information.

What happens after submission

We will acknowledge receipt, review the available information, and explain the decision or proposed next step. We may ask focused follow-up questions if relevant records are missing or inconsistent. Where more work is needed, we will explain what remains outstanding and provide meaningful status updates.

The time required can depend on the facts, records, security checks, and any third-party provider involved. This policy does not promise a fixed resolution time or a particular outcome. If a complaint concerns a payment, relevant information may be needed from a bank or payment provider. We do not promise that a bank or provider will approve, reverse, release, or otherwise resolve a transaction.

Reviews will take account of the applicable Terms and Conditions, Responsible Gaming guidance, AML Policy, and Payments information. This complaint process does not change an offer's terms, create an automatic entitlement to a refund or bonus, or determine a third party's decision.

Escalation or reconsideration

If you believe the explanation is incomplete or you have relevant new information, reply to the same email thread. Use the subject line “Escalation – [reference]”, replacing [reference] with the complaint or transaction reference where available. State which part of the response you want reconsidered and why.

We will consider the additional information and provide an updated explanation or status where appropriate. Keep copies of your correspondence and any relevant non-secret records. Reconsideration does not guarantee a different decision. This policy does not promise review by an independent third party or name an external dispute-resolution body.
