Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Account integrity, transaction checks and financial-crime prevention.

Purpose and approach

This policy sets out a risk-based approach to reducing the use of accounts, payments, or account activity for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Checks should be proportionate: a question or review should relate to a reasonable concern and should not request unrelated information.

Use of lawful funds and your own account

Use only funds that you are legally entitled to use and that come from lawful activity. Use your own ReddyBook account and your own permitted payment method. Do not make transactions or request withdrawals on behalf of another person. Do not let another person control your account, and do not use a third party’s account or payment method to move funds.

Keep account and payment information truthful and current. If asked to explain a transaction or payment relationship, provide a complete and honest answer. Depending on the circumstances, a proportionate request may include information about payment ownership, the purpose of a transaction, or the lawful source of funds. These are possible questions, not a fixed list of compulsory documents or country-specific evidence.

No evasion or structuring

Do not split deposits, withdrawals, or other activity into smaller or repeated steps to avoid a check. Do not move activity between accounts, payment methods, or people to conceal who controls the funds. Do not use misleading descriptions, altered records, false identities, or other arrangements intended to defeat an eligibility, identity, payment-ownership, or financial-crime review. If you are unsure whether a planned transaction could appear evasive, pause and ask support for instructions rather than attempting to work around a review.

Proportionate review

ReddyBook may ask for clarification or supporting information when account activity, payment ownership, identity information, or a transaction reasonably requires review. A request should be limited to what is relevant and should use an authorised secure submission route. Contact support at reddyyboook@gmail.com for instructions. Do not email documents. Never share a password, one-time passcode (OTP), card security code (CVV), or other secret authentication detail with a person claiming to conduct an AML check.

A review may lead to a temporary, proportionate restriction while the relevant concern is considered. ReddyBook should explain the general reason for the restriction, provide status updates when there is meaningful progress, and keep a route open for questions. You can challenge an account action through the Complaint Policy. Questions about handling of personal information belong under the Privacy Policy.

Fair and careful handling

This policy does not create an automatic finding of wrongdoing from a request for information, and it does not promise a particular review or withdrawal timeframe. ReddyBook should consider the information provided, avoid unnecessary requests, and lift a temporary restriction when the relevant concern is resolved. This policy does not grant an indefinite hold or punitive confiscation power. Any account action should be explained and handled through the applicable complaint route.
